Tenaya Designs specializes in residential, kitchen & bath renovation projects. Led by designer Tannis Sampson, clients can expect full service in person or through e-design. Tannis is curious about each client. Exploring their story is how she discovers the voice of each project and translates it into a meaningful functional home. Tannis' endless ideas fuel her diligence and design vision.
Originally from Canada, Tannis settled in Boulder, Colorado, and raised 3 boys in thE beautiful outdoor town.
Her background in design is vast, AS A furniture & accessory buyER FOR FURNITURE GALLERIES, A FURNITURE SHOWROOM DESIGNER. Television commercial set designer, and EXTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL KITCHEN & BATH remodeling experiENCE.
Her interior design degree AND nkba CERTIFICATION exhibit detailed technical 2D|3D drawings & renderings.
She has an obsession with the details and a visual memory that has inspired and enhanced her creativity.

Not in need of full-service design, but have some design dilemmas you’d like advice on? Book a one-hour online call with Tannis and spend the time however you’d like. The hour is yours to ask her about any design questions you may have. (photos, room dimensions and mood board/vision are to be provided by client before the scheduled call).
Meeting all NKBA codes and industry standards. Creatively using the principles & elements of design to solve your original design challenges, Tannis will provide a new space plan with sourcing (cabinet suggestion | lighting | tile) for a 100 sq ft space; bathroom | laundry | mudroom). Ideal for the DIY-ER or contractor that requires a little guidance for that professional result.
Expanding upon package ll for those larger spaces (400 sq ft), a perfect option for those kitchen renovations or refreshes. Re-imagine your old space into your dream space.
